Rust Remover ICE SHOCK is a very special rust removing product for precision mechanical couplings. The thermal shock – 50°C generated by the product creates the immediate withdrawal of the metal on which it was dispensed, allowing the penetrating oil to be extremely effective and to dissolve rust and oxidation very quickly on rusted engine components like injector cups on diesel engines, glow plugs, and DCI engines with VE type pumps. It facilitates the removal of injectors with seized bolts and nuts, etc. It is also particularly aggressive against iron oxide (rust), it penetrates the microscopic fractures generated by freezing, allowing the penetrating oil to reach the seized components, unlocking each coupling.

The product does not give rise to spots or streaks on metals whether they are aluminum alloys or yellow metals, however it can give rise to swelling or slight attacks on Butyl elastomers, on transparent plastic materials such as acrylic, polystyrene, etc.
How to use:
Spray it on the bolt or the surfaces that need to be treated for about 10-15 seconds, which is the necessary time to create the freezing effect (shock effect) and which allows the active component to penetrate the micro-fractures. Subsequently, the mechanical detail can be unscrewed and/or removed.
